Operation Snowball Board of Directors

Board of Directors Operation Snowball, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors possess the powers and responsibilities set forth in the OS, Inc. Bylaws. The Board establishes the strategies, policies, guidelines and standards of OS, Inc. The Board of Directors also provides oversight for the fiscal and financial activities of the Corporation. One half of the Directors are elected or appointed in December of each year and serve a term of two (2) years.
