Bill Johnson



BIO

Bill Johnson is a youth consultant and guest speaker for a variety of youth groups and organizations across the Midwest.  He has spent over twenty-five years working with teens, college students and families.  Bill has given countless keynote presentations for the Illinois Teen Institute, Snowball, Snowflake and other leadership camps.  He has developed and presented educational programs for teachers, parents and teens, and has given numerous talks at area youth and adult rallies and workshops.

Bill is presently working as a teacher and Director of Service at Marmion Academy, a private boy’s high school located in Aurora, Illinois.  Bill is married and has two adult children.

 

PRESENTATIONS

Title:           Seize the Day…What You Do Does Make a Difference!

Content:     This presentation will demonstrate how one small word … 
                     Service…can make a big difference in everyone’s life. 
                     We will focus on the different ways to help others and how
                     service to others will ultimately help you!

 

Title:           If Character Counts, Then What Is Your Number?

Content:     This presentation will focus on the things that affect our lives and how 
                     our culture, family and relationships influence our everyday choices.
                   You will be given the opportunity to clarify the values that you stand    
                     for and learn how to put those values into positive action in your               
                     daily life.  

 

Title:           Parent/Teen Communication…It’s not Just What You Say, But What
                     You Do That Makes the Difference!

Content:     What do parent/teen relationships look like?  Make a stand/
                     commitment to the power of love and caring.  You will find ways to  
                     be open, honest, and trusting and be a person of integrity in your 
                     relationships.

 

STYLE:               All presentations are passionate, high energy, interactive and
                                       challenging.

AGE GROUP:    Presentations can be adapted to fit junior high/high school teens
                             and parents.
