Operation Snowball is an alcohol and other drug use prevention program focusing on leadership development to empower youth to lead drug-free lives.

The name originates from the idea that "If I have a positive impact on you, you can have a positive impact on someone else and the effect snowballs." Mid Level Institute is a fun and interactive weekend camp for youth in grades 6-8 that gives participants the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, learn how to remain, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug-free, improve peer relationships, as well as work with other youth from their community.
